Our vineyards overlook the water and breathe in the sea breeze. Here in Riomaggiore, viticulture is heroic: dry stone walls, steep slopes, and hands in the soil. From this come essential, saline wines that are true to the landscape.

Heroic viticulture
Cinque Terre imposes extreme slopes and manual logistics. The baskets on our shoulders, the tracks, the stairs among the olive trees: every harvest is an uphill climb. This hard work shapes the character of our wines: small bunches, balanced ripening, lively acidity. Heroic viticulture is not just a slogan: it is a daily commitment to preserving soils, biodiversity, and dry stone walls.

Our People
Behind Possa there are faces, stories, life choices: some stayed, some returned, some learned to work on these terraces step by step… Every day, someone takes care of the vineyard, the cellar, hospitality, logistics: a small team, united by the idea that wine is first and foremost a responsibility towards the territory.

Cellar, energy and cleaning
Steam cleaning, renewable energy, minimal oenological intervention We prefer to accompany rather than correct: spontaneous fermentation whenever possible, measured sulfur dioxide, calibrated aging in steel, wood, or amphorae. The aim is clear: transparency. Natural wines from the Cinque Terre expressing the sea, rocks, and wind.

Possa Vineyard
The heart of the project is a stone amphitheater with significant slopes. We work with narrow rows, limited yields, mowing, and manual processing. Altitude and ventilation create fine profiles, elongated by savoriness. It is the place where you can most feel the embrace of the sea.
