The visit begins with a brief introduction to the Cinque Terre area and the history of Heydi Samuele Bonanini and the company, founded in 2004 with the idea of reclaiming old abandoned terraces. Then, we enter the winery, where the winemaking choices are explained, including the role of wood, amphorae, and steel, the use of steam for sanitation, and the focus on cleanliness and minimal intervention. Tasting three wines (typically two whites and a red or Sciacchetrà, depending on availability) allows you to find in the glass what you have heard and seen.

For those who want to “feel” heroic viticulture in their legs.
After an introduction at the company, you walk a section of the terraced vineyard along one of the panoramic paths that connect the Possaitara valley to the sea. You walk among the dry stone walls, observe the slopes, drainage systems, and the arrangement of the rows. The guide explains the daily challenges, the safety of working on slopes, the relationship with heavy rains, and the hydrogeological risk threatening these slopes. The tasting of four wines at the end (often with Sciacchetrà) becomes the sensory synthesis of the experience.

This experience focuses solely on Sciacchetrà: the history of the wine, its role in the region, the grapes used, and the long times of drying and aging. You taste multiple vintages to understand how the passage of time transforms the bouquet and structure of the wine: from fresher, citrusy aromas to more complex notes of dried fruit, spices, and iodized salt.
